Sr. Director, Product Management
As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Digital Onboarding's product portfolio. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the leadership team, you will hire and lead a high-performing team of product professionals, driving the overall product strategy and execution, while also playing a hands-on product management role while we scale-up our product team.
This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise, a dedication to craft, and a customer-centric mindset. It also requires an ability to shift altitudes seamlessly - from presenting to the board and contributing to the leadership team, to writing product specs and interviewing customers, and everything in between.
As a vertical software provider at the intersection of digital banking and marketing automation, expertise in either domain is preferred, but not required. The most important criteria is a passion for (and demonstrated experience building) exceptional and successful software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the long-term product vision that aligns with the customer needs, market trends, and the company’s goals.
- Hands-on Execution: Work side-by-side with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to execute the work required to fulfill the company’s product vision.
- Roadmap Development: Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing innovation with customer feedback and business objectives.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimizations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-first thinking.
- Customer Focus: Engage with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and future challenges. Translate insights into compelling product features and solutions.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, competitive products, and technological innovations. Use these insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Metrics & Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success. Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize and iterate on product features.
- Stakeholder Management: Present product strategy and updates to the executive team, investors, and other key stakeholders. Build strong relationships across all departments to ensure alignment.
- Go-to-Market Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.

- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- AI: Experience integrating Gen AI and predictive models into software products
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, while managing the day-to-day execution of product initiatives.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with product analytics tools.
- Customer-Centric: Deep commitment to understanding customer needs and translating them into exceptional products.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
