Growth Marketing Manager
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll focus on demand generation and executing a strategy that helps our customer base grow. You’ll play a critical role in designing and executing scalable marketing programs to drive top-of-funnel growth, customer retention, and customer upsell success. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify key growth opportunities, optimize lead acquisition, and deliver high-impact campaigns. You'll bring a strong analytical mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving, a talent for persuasive storytelling, and a proven track record in B2B demand generation for software or technology companies.
Responsibilities
- Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified lead acquisition and sales pipeline growth.
- Customer Retention and Expansion Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive customer retention and growth.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel demand gen and customer-focused campaigns.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Use data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Marketo) to track campaign performance, optimize spend, and continuously improve ROI. Run A/B tests, analyze customer journey data, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Content & Asset Collaboration: Create relevant and persuasive content and resources that fuel demand generation, customer retention, and customer expansion efforts.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, create customized campaigns, and support sales outreach.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns using marketing automation tools to drive prospects through the funnel and maximize conversion rates.
- Experimentation: Continuously test new channels, campaign formats, and messaging strategies to discover new growth opportunities and maintain an innovative approach to demand generation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in a growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in designing and scaling demand generation programs that have driven measurable revenue growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Content Development Skills: Expert at simplifying complex concepts and producing compelling email, social media, and webinar content that persuades and sells.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to derive actionable insights from data and adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs, buying behavior, and the B2B buyer journey.
