We're transforming how credit unions and community banks engage with their members and customers—but to reach our full potential, we need to revolutionize our integration capabilities. We're looking for a strategic Integration Product Manager with extensive credit union and community banking experience who can orchestrate our technical capabilities into a cohesive integration strategy that becomes a key differentiator in the market.

The Opportunity

Our integration capabilities are evolving from ad-hoc solutions to standardized approaches—but we need a product leader to shape the strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and ensure we're building what the market truly needs. This isn't just about managing technical features; it's about transforming integration from a technical necessity into a compelling selling point that drives adoption and retention.

Who You Are

You're equal parts strategist and executor—a product leader who can both envision the future and chart the course to get there. You might be a technical PM, a Platform PM, or a solutions engineer.  You bring extensive experience in the credit union and community banking industry - with a deep understanding of their unique challenges, regulatory environment, and technology ecosystem. You thrive in environments where you can:

  • Create compelling vision that aligns technical capabilities with the specific needs of credit unions and community banks
  • Develop strategic roadmaps that balance immediate pain points with long-term platform evolution
  • Leverage your expertise in credit union and community bank core systems, digital banking platforms, and fintech integrations
  • Prioritize ruthlessly to focus limited resources on the highest-impact integration initiatives
  • Translate technical concepts into clear value propositions that resonate with credit union and community bank leaders
  • Navigate the unique regulatory and operational landscape of small to mid-sized financial institutions
  • Champion integration excellence across the organization

You excel at navigating complex technical landscapes while maintaining laser focus on customer value. You're comfortable with ambiguity but skilled at creating clarity through thoughtful analysis and decision-making. You're collaborative yet decisive, knowing how to incorporate diverse perspectives while maintaining forward momentum.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the strategic integration roadmap aligned with company objectives
  • Partner with our Integration Engineers to translate technical capabilities into product features
  • Conduct market research specific to the credit union and community bank sector to understand evolving integration needs
  • Apply your industry knowledge to anticipate integration challenges specific to credit union and community bank systems
  • Create prioritization frameworks to guide integration development efforts based on customer value and technical feasibility
  • Build compelling integration messaging for marketing and sales enablement that resonates with credit union and community bank leaders
  • Establish KPIs to measure integration performance and success
  • Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to identify integration pain points
  • Develop competitive analysis of integration capabilities across the market, with specific focus on solutions targeting credit unions and community banks
  • Maintain relationships with key technology vendors in the credit union and community bank space
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve integration experiences
