POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Content Producer will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Creative and UI Director. The Marketing Content Producer must have a good knowledge of the Digital Onboarding engagement platform and be able to suggest ways to best showcase the platform and its features.

This role will create original illustrations and videos. You may review our illustration styles on our website.

The Marketing Content Producer will contribute to Company marketing efforts by handling a broad set of tasks that may include:

 
  • Illustration creation & editing
  • Video creation, editing & animation
  • A possible future podcast series
  • eBook, case study, and article (and other content asset) designs 
  • Google Slide deck designs for sales, account management, and company presentations

Qualifications
  • Competency with Adobe Illustrator (with the freedom to leverage other design programs)
  • Competency with video production & editing software, After Effects, and Premier Pro (with the freedom to choose programs)
  • Adaptive to changing situations and flexible in juggling priorities
  • Attention to detail, thorough in reviewing your work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player; ability to work with all business divisions in a proactive manner and drive results
  • Experience using AI tools during the creative process is a plus.  An enthusiastic desire to leverage AI is also appreciated.
  • Experience in managing the technical side of podcasts, from recording, editing, and launching is a plus.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

Illustration creation & editing:  Produce illustrations that match our established look & feel. All assets must adhere to Digital Onboarding brand standards and be of the highest quality. Design elements and concepts should be simple and easy to understand. Communicate rationale for design decisions & recommendations.

General design:  Contribute to the design of marketing assets, including website images, eBooks, case studies, articles, slide decks, social media posts (e.g., announcing new employees, promotions, events, awards, etc.). Develop GIFs that showcase key platform features and other content.

Video production: Create audiograms, customer testimonial videos, and longer company overview videos. Will be responsible for the production and post-production of each video. This includes making storyboards, getting a crew if needed, finding the proper equipment to make the video, and determining the location of where to shoot the video all while keeping a video production timeline.

Must be able to review a script and build a storyboard containing ideas on visual elements, transitions, on-screen text, special effects, etc. Will also create illustrations and interactive demos of the Digital Onboarding platform.

It is also vital that the candidate can make suggestions when spotting good content to be repurposed for other marketing purposes.
